Our work processes ensure high quality services. We work in teams, which are led by a shareholder (senior attorney) and assisted by advisors and independent advisors. The typical size of our teams depends on the project. For example, we may assign a shareholder to lead a project team of one or more advisors, who possess specialized knowledge on certain issues.

We begin by gaining a comprehensive understanding of your organization’s vision, goals, processes, systems, issues, challenges and needs. We conduct research using a variety of tools and resources.

Our fees are based on the value provided to our clients. Our fees, which include related expenses and costs, include a service guarantee. Thus, if you are not satisfied with our services or if you determine that we did not fulfill contracted benchmarks, we will forgo ten percent of our total fee. 

Consulting Case Study

OBJECTIVE

Our objective was to assist an organization with maintaining compliance with private regulatory rules by evaluating and enhancing its compliance processes and education/training program.

METHODOLOGY & SOLUTIONS

  • Obtain background information on the client through a questionnaire, document request and an on-site evaluation.
  • Analyze the client’s response to the questionnaire and document request using process improvement, compliance, organizational management and education/training techniques.
  • Meet with the client through a series of conference calls and an on-site meeting to: follow-up the initial analysis; and discuss the proactive solutions that can be implemented to achieve cost savings, enhance overall performance and promote greater efficiency and effectiveness in the compliance program.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings (through a series of conference calls and an on-site meeting) to address any questions, concerns or further ideas on the continuous improvement of the compliance program.

RESULTS

We assisted the client with identifying potential loss prevention issues associated with legal and regulatory requirements. The losses could have resulted in revenue decreases, fundraising shortfalls, legal expenses and probation.
